KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Executive Support: Assist the Executive team with daily report, administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing emails, and coordination meetings, follow up projects.
Project Management: Take ownership of special projects, manage timelines, and ensure their successful completion.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, conveying information accurately and professionally.
Data Analysis: Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision making processes.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Proven experience in an executive support role of minimum 5 years.
Age between 28-35 years old.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Proficiency in office software (e/g Microsoft Office, ERP System).
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
The Candidate must be well groomed, and professional appearance.
