Job Description
Selling watches
Delivering standard service excellence to the customer, based on SOP
Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers
Develop a relationship with existing and new customers
Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
Promote and offer the marketing promo
Maintaining product stock availability
Ensuring product and display material is in good condition
Ensuring the display is clean and in accordance with guidelines
Supporting online sales
Qualification
Maximum 28 years old
Minimum SMA, Diploma or equivalent
Freshgraduate Bachelor Degree Welcome to apply
At least 1 year of working experience as Sales in retail industry
Watch enthusiasts is a plus
Strong in persuading communication
Willingness to commit to a long-term career in retail industry
Passion for customer service-outstanding
Discipline, meticulous, and pleasant attitude
Able to work in shift/full shift
