  • P&C Shared Services Officer

Kualifikasi :

Roles & Responsibilities:

Employee New Hiring: Coordinate with Talent Acquisition & People Services to register New Employee into SAP Employee Master & verify application form compared with personal documents.
Employee Appointment: Responsible to execute any employment changes in Employee Master Data according to Contract extension, New Contract, Employee movement, Temporary assignment, promotion & demotion, termination, based in approved process & effective date.
Personal Data Changes: Coordinate with People Services to update any Personal Data Changes of Employee based on requisition & validated document from People Services.
Responsible to provide flagging as reminder process according to: Progression promotion, Progression for salary adjustment, temporary assignment (acting, OCA), Probation review period, Work Contract Ended, Grandfathering, Home Base, Medical Unfit, Unpaid leave.
Responsible to execute termination of employment in System – according to employee left system based on approved process & effective date.
Benefit Adjustment 
Responsible to update recurring benefits to the SAP Payroll system, based on Policy.
Act as a Person-in-charge (PIC) to liaise and coordinate with external parties such as BPJS & Manulife (for DPLK) for employee benefits registration according to BPJS and DPLK.
Responsible to terminate & update any termination benefits or changes according to approved employee changes.
Coordinate, compile, execute, reconcile, end-to-end payroll process (including time attendance, employee deductions (e.g: Koperasi, union, etc.):
o Update Employee Changes based on Structure Organization Changes, Employee Transfer, etc. related to payroll.
o DPG (non-fixed allowances & Overtime) based on time attendance.
o Facilitate Benefit Service: Jamsostek, DPLK
o Support calculation benefit for CLA
Verify & reconcile time attendance data to ensure accuracy of the data for payroll purpose.
Identify, analyze, and evaluate payroll implementation and propose improvement recommendation to ensure payroll compliance with the policy.
Calculate and propose severance payment according to regulations and policy and monitor payment process to ensure payment settlement to employee.
Act as a Person-in-charge (PIC) to liaise and coordinate with external parties such as BPJS (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan), DPLK; to monitor payroll deduction payment to external parties.
Assist employee for medical benefit claim to Fullerton and ensure employee’s receive medical benefit according to the eligibility. 
Furthermore – educate employee to use the available application for medical claim process to Fullerton. 
As point-of-contact for employees with regards to medical policy socialization.
Compile & validate time attendance related data to ensure the accuracy.
Employee time attendance database available and updated.
Responsible to provide validated time attendance for payroll process.
Prepare and deliver regular attendance report.
Ensure all administrative data in P&C Shared service area are well-documented.
Budgeting: monitoring HR Shared Service Expense
Identify and analyses areas of improvement for employee services in the operation level for continuous Improvement which leads to cost efficiency, execution effectiveness and productivity.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business Administration/Industrial Engineering/Statistic, or another related Major.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong in numerical analysis & database management. 
Strong customer orientation & delivery focus.
Well-understood P&C policy and process, and CLA
